SOUTH AFRICA: Free shipping applies to all orders over R850.

GirlBoss Health uses Fastway Courier or The Courier Guy and the amount is automatically calculated at checkout using your postal code. 

You will automatically be sent your tracking code to the email address you provide, once your order has been fulfilled. 

South Africa Shipping Time:

Generally orders take 2 - 4 working days to arrive with you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship Worldwide with DHL.

When checking out, your shipment fee will be automatically calculated for you along with the estimated time of delivery to your country.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS:

Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts. 

Customs Regulations factors differ in each country, please make sure your country accepts the type of product you are ordering. We will take no responsibility for orders not accepted by your countries customs and no refunds will be made.

BREAKAGES:

Please note, when purchasing products like our Whipped Body Butter or Mugs, which are fragile and can melt in extreme temperatures, GirlBoss Health takes no responsibility for any breakages in transit or melting of our body butters. We do wrap them as best we can for safe travel but unfortunately this does not guarantee that will arrive with you in perfect shape.

CANCELLATIONS: 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Cancellation orders will be accepted as long as the order hasn't been fulfilled. All cancellation notices should be sent to info@girlbosshealth.co.za with the subject, Order Cancellation.

Canceled orders are subjected to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. Attempts to cancel orders are performed on a best-efforts basis. There is no guarantee that an open order can be cancelled, in whole or in part.
