Incorrect or Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 24 hours of receipt. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions according. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can process your request promptly.
